US Size 4     =     UK Size 3.5     =     EU Size 35 =    8 3/4" length base
US Size 5     =     UK Size 4.5     =     EU Size 36 =    9 1/8" length base
US Size 6     =     UK Size 5.5     =     EU Size 37 =    9 1/2" length base
US Size 7     =     UK Size 6.5     =     EU Size 38 =    9 3/4" length base
US Size 8     =     UK Size 7.5     =     EU Size 39 =    10" length base

Questions on sizing?  Stand on a piece of paper and draw around EACH foot.  (This is because almost everyone has one foot slightly larger than the other.)  Measure the length of each foot outline and take the larger measurement.  Look at the base lengths in the above chart and if you are in between or very close to that length GO UP to the next size base flip flop.
